Strategic Revenue Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our revenue operational engine, driving visibility and reporting throughout the revenue cycle.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy across the sales funnel, encompassing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success initiatives.
  • Oversight and management of GTM systems, tools, and processes, including CRM, automation platforms, and data hygiene.
  • Drive business outcomes through strategic decision-making, leveraging accurate KPIs to inform action.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics.
  • Able to craft compelling narratives for stakeholders and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end.
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot).
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics.
