Revenue Strategist Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned Revenue Manager to drive strategy, strengthen processes, and unlock topline performance across our diverse hotel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue management across multiple properties.
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design pricing strategies.
- Drive channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS) to achieve the optimal business mix.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
- Collaborate with general managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
- Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
- Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
