We're seeking a Reservation Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves assisting customers with hotel bookings, managing reservations, and providing information on availability and pricing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with hotel bookings by sharing property details, availability, and pricing
  • Handling calls, messages, and inquiries from potential guests or partners
  • Managing and updating reservation records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinating with internal teams for booking confirmations
  • Providing follow-up and support on customer queries and resolving concerns proactively
  • Maintaining daily records of reservations, changes, cancellations, and feedback
  • Upselling relevant options based on availability and customer needs
  • Supporting reservation reporting and contributing to enhancing booking efficiency

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in reservations, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt pricing strategies accordingly
  • Proficient in using reservation management software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
