Hotel Revenue Management Career Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic hotel experience who want to build a career in hotel revenue management.

  • Assist with room rates, availability, and promotions by analyzing market trends and competitor data.
  • Support senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
  • Monitor online travel agency (OTA) channels and update content/rates to ensure maximum visibility and revenue potential.
  • Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of revenue strategies.
  • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities to identify new revenue streams and growth potential.
Requirements
  • Basic hotel experience in reservations/front office/sales support or related fields.
  • Strong interest in hotel revenue management and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work remotely during US shift hours and communicate effectively with internal teams and hotel owners.

Shift & Schedule
  • Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM (1-hour break).
  • Work Days: 6 days/week.
Salary Range

Competitive salary range: ₹2,50,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year.
