We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic hotel experience who want to build a career in hotel revenue management.
- Assist with room rates, availability, and promotions by analyzing market trends and competitor data.
- Support senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
- Monitor online travel agency (OTA) channels and update content/rates to ensure maximum visibility and revenue potential.
- Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of revenue strategies.
- Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities to identify new revenue streams and growth potential.
- Basic hotel experience in reservations/front office/sales support or related fields.
- Strong interest in hotel revenue management and a desire to learn and grow.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
- Ability to work remotely during US shift hours and communicate effectively with internal teams and hotel owners.
- Hands-on training in hotel revenue management, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
