Revenue Growth Professional

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute revenue-driven strategies that contribute significantly to the organization's expansion goals.

You will work closely with operational teams to craft and implement revenue-enhancing strategies across multiple properties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a robust revenue management framework to optimize revenue streams
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify opportunities for growth and recommend actionable insights
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends to inform pricing decisions
  • Leverage Cloudbeds (the property management system) to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory levels
  • Conduct market analysis and track demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends to stay ahead in the competitive landscape
  • Develop and manage OTA pricing, availability, and promotions across major platforms
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports to leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Provide input on distribution strategy, including new channel opportunities or rate plan adjustments

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy
  • Strong understanding of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques
