Head of Revenue Growth

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to drive revenue growth and market positioning for our tech staffing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own revenue targets for the staffing vertical.
  2. Build and manage a predictable pipeline of global clients (startups, scaleups, enterprises).
  3. Negotiate and close high-value staffing deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to guarantee successful onboarding and retention.

The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM leadership (staffing, HR tech, SaaS preferred) and a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and owning revenue quotas.
