**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Chief Financial Officer to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the group's financial strategy aligned with business goals. They will advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Establishment and maintenance of robust financial controls and accounting systems to ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements and accounting standards.
  • Leadership in fundraising efforts of the company, managing existing investors relations, and leading team efforts to get on board new equity and debt investors.
  • Management of banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations.
  • Optimization of working capital and cash flow management to ensure effective treasury operations, hedging strategies, and liquidity planning.
  • Leadership of statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring zero non-compliance.
  • Collaboration with internal and external auditors for process improvements and establishment of internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Evaluation of investment opportunities for ROI and strategic alignment.
  • Management of portfolio investments, acquisitions, and divestitures, and development of long-term capital and funding strategies.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing finance and accounts teams.

You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
