Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to spearhead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, consultative selling, and ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Go-To Market Strategy: Develop and own go-to-market strategy, assess its effectiveness, refine, and optimize to meet and exceed sales quota achievement.
  • Lead Qualification: Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Opportunity Management: Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects and convert them into recurring revenue.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record of meeting sales targets, goals, and objectives.
  • 10+ years of experience in direct selling and sales management role with majority of experience in the geography of interest.
  • Prior experience in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth in multiple verticals.
