Job Overview

The Process & Capabilities Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and deploying strategic processes and capabilities.

This involves:

  • Designing sales incentive plans to propel business advancement.
  • Developing innovative business processes and capabilities to support customers and partners.
  • Integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements to enhance efficiency.
  • Driving process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets across the sales force and services delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead or participate in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless execution.

Interact with management, stakeholders, and operational teams to provide expert guidance and support.

Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope to deliver results-driven solutions.

Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives to drive business outcomes.

Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

A first-level university degree (or equivalent experience) demonstrates a strong foundation in business/IT principles.

Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations brings relevant skills and knowledge.

The ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters makes informed decisions.

A strong teamwork and collaboration mindset works effectively with cross-functional teams.
