Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Growth Strategist to play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic platforms.
  • Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on attribution models, conversion paths and media mix optimization.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics or digital growth roles.
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing and ROI forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
