Job Overview:

As an Outbound Campaign Specialist, you will help us scale our sales engine through world-class campaigns. You will be responsible for developing campaign plans aligned with business goals, launching and monitoring multi-channel campaigns, designing and executing A/B tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch outbound campaign plans aligned with business objectives
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
  • Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and feedback
  • Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
  • Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
