Job Overview:
As an Outbound Campaign Specialist, you will help us scale our sales engine through world-class campaigns. You will be responsible for developing campaign plans aligned with business goals, launching and monitoring multi-channel campaigns, designing and executing A/B tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch outbound campaign plans aligned with business objectives
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and feedback
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
