  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to identify high-potential segments and develop targeted growth strategies.

  • Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  • Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance.
  • Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is preferred.
