Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our e-commerce marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will oversee various aspects of e-commerce platforms, driving sales and revenue growth while ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth on multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Manage product cataloging, content optimization, and search engine rankings for listings.
  • Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders across designated marketplaces.
  • Optimize inventory management, shipments, and purchasing orders to minimize stockouts and reduce costs.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and insights to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand and creative, to develop marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales management, preferably with a degree in business administration or related field.

A bachelor's/master's degree is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
