Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client interactions and guest relations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Coordinate events from initial inquiries to successful executions, supervising various departments as needed
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining a well-run centre
  • Address client concerns and resolve grievances promptly
  • Supervise staff and coordinate their tasks effectively
  • Establish standardized processes for housekeeping, maintenance, food service, and cleanliness
  • Prepare daily and monthly performance reports, managing basic accounts and petty cash
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations
Favorable Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles
  • Proven experience in handling operations and leading teams
  • Excellent communication skills
