Strategic Sales Director

As a pivotal member of our organization, the Strategic Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintains high-profile relationships with key decision-makers across India.
  • Experience working in sub-continent markets, including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc.
  • Inducts and maintains good relationships with channel partners.
  • Develops overall territory strategy, utilizing data to align focus accordingly.
  • Implements sales cadence and develops sales personnel.
  • Provides guidance or input to the sales organization and marketing staff.
  • Plans, assigns, and directs sales managers to achieve top-line performance.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and takes corrective action when necessary.
  • Monitors product knowledge and selling capabilities.
  • Participates in product, promotion, and merchandising program development.
  • Develops and secures approval of area sales objectives and pricing policies.
  • Ensures adherence to Company Sales policies and procedures.
  • Administers sales expense and actual performance against budget on the area level.
  • Manages profit margins to organizational objectives.
  • Plans budgets, sets area sales goals, and assists in creating reliable sales forecasts.
  • Promotes adherence to EHS policies and procedures.
