Lead the business Support function to provide insights, diagnostics, and education for achieving brand health. This position enables sales team performance excellence by providing decision-enabling information through analysis of internal and external performance parameters.

  • Develop SFE measurement and process initiatives to deliver results and improve sales productivity as the ultimate goal.
  • Ensure timely provision of value-added support in Sales information report and call reporting analysis.
  • Design an effective system to measure and track performance.
  • Collaborate with IMS and SP sales & marketing to identify business development opportunities and key initiatives for further investment and growth.
  • Establish metrics for measuring competency and skills improvement, and managerial coaching impact.
  • Account for and drive the team to effectively communicate sales objectives to the respective sales force.
  • Track actual sales budget achieved and balance required to achieve targets.
  • Propose sales incentives to drive performance and motivation.
  • Collaborate with BU Directors to motivate the sales force to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee commercial roll-out of new projects/initiatives meeting divisional objectives.
  • Ensure systems and procedures are in place to meet ethical and legally compliant standards.
  • Support FF operations with timely incentive and expense payment, procurement of essential kits, and finance provisioning.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to enable strategic planning and decisions.
