Performance Excellence Lead

As a Performance Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic alignment of performance management frameworks across the enterprise. This includes designing and implementing KPIs, goal alignment, and performance reviews for corporate and functional teams.
You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into measurable operational goals and identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle, including needs analysis, content creation, delivery, and post-training evaluation. You will also design, develop, and deliver learning programs aligned with business objectives and employee development goals.
Furthermore, you will manage vendor relationships and external facilitators to deliver specialized training modules and lead organizational development interventions such as employee engagement, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
