This senior-level role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in performance management, leadership development, and organizational design.
">About the Role:
">- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business outcomes through people and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish goals aligned with corporate objectives.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions to address gaps.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategies into actionable operational plans.
- Develop and manage recognition and rewards programs to motivate and engage employees.
Requirements:
">- Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in performance management, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Proven track record of driving business results through people and process optimization.
- Expertise in instructional design, digital learning tools, and learning analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
