Job Description

We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Partnership Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.

Your primary objective will be to establish trust with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound communication, generate leads, and support sales efforts. You will also be responsible for explaining company products and services clearly to prospective customers, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and tracking follow-ups.

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate or MBA degree in Marketing or Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi and regional languages.
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software.
  • A positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
