Job Title: Enterprise NOC Director

Estimated Salary: ₹1,300,000 - ₹1,900,000 per annum

Job Description:

This position provides overall direction and leadership to the operational activities of the Hosting Environments NOC (Network Operations Center). The successful candidate will be responsible for training staff members to take over L1+ and L2 tasks, setting up and managing 24x7 command centers, and owning events from inception to closure with root cause analysis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in working in a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center, knowledge of SolarWinds, Server OS (Windows 2008 & 2012) and Linux (RHEL), and experience with monitoring and patch management systems like Microsoft System Center.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defining practices to seamlessly onboard new customers to NOC.

- Ensuring up-to-date technical documentation exists for all services provided to our teams and taking ownership for reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 7+ Years of NOC experience.

- Prior experience in working in a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center.

- Knowledge on SolarWinds.

- Server OS knowledge - Windows (2008 & 2012) and Linux (RHEL).
