We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to spearhead the sales of diverse franchise opportunities across multiple industries in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell strategic franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs and emerging businesses, catering to their specific investment and business goals.
  • Advise clients on tailored franchise models, providing expert guidance to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Facilitate negotiations and close franchise deals remotely across India, eliminating travel requirements.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships to drive high satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidates must possess a proven track record of selling 20+ franchises throughout their career. We offer competitive remuneration, zero travel requirements, and the opportunity to work with top franchise brands in a dynamic corporate environment.

Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in franchise sales with a strong sales record of 20+ franchises sold.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, along with proficiency in regional languages depending on the market covered.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields is preferred but secondary to your sales record.
