Role Overview
Livspace is seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the expansion of its franchise network across designated regions. The Area General Manager will be responsible for identifying high-potential cities, strategizing franchise growth, and ensuring successful onboarding of franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify target markets and develop strategies for franchise expansion.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze building material data and identify key growth opportunities.
Requirements:
For this role, we are seeking a proactive individual with strong leadership and team management skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
