Role Overview:
- We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our expansion across leading Indian and global online marketplaces. This position requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of fashion e-commerce - from onboarding to scaling, optimizing operations, and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of our brand across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
- Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for growth, and build strategies to scale sales.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
- Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
- Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
- Ensure compliance with platform requirements and build strong relationships with marketplace account managers to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
- A genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
