We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across various marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and luxury channels.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, onboarding us onto relevant platforms, and building strategic partnerships with complementary brands.
  • Developing and executing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive direct sales impact.
  • Collaborating with our team to create bundled offerings and expand our reach into new markets.
  • Identifying and pursuing high-impact collaborations, luxury industry partnerships, and other revenue-generating opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Market Expansion: Conduct thorough research to identify and onboard us onto emerging marketplaces, ensuring seamless integration and maximum exposure.
  2. Quick Commerce Growth: Explore and initiate partnerships with innovative platforms beyond Zepto, BlinkIt, and Instamart, driving growth and increasing revenue streams.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Research and collaborate with complementary product brands to create mutually beneficial bundled offerings, enhancing our market presence and customer engagement.
  4. Institutional & Luxury Partnerships: Build relationships with food service establishments, luxury outlets, hotels, airlines, and hospitality networks, securing high-value partnerships that amplify our brand's reputation and revenue.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in business development, partnerships, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent research, communication, and outreach skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand placement.
  • Self-driven and reliable, with the capacity to work independently with accountability.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, growth, or FMCG/D2C brands is highly valued.

Compensation:

  • Performance-based incentives: 5% of sales volume driven during your tenure.
