Key Responsibilities:

  • First Response: Acknowledge new leads quickly and log them in the CRM.
  • Discovery: Ask basics—date, budget, group size, location, vibe, then shortlist 2–3 matching experiences.
  • Follow-ups: Send concise WhatsApp summaries, payment links/next steps, and gentle reminders.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Keep stages updated; ensure every lead has a clear next action + timestamp.
  • Post-Booking Assist: Share confirmations, answer FAQs, collect feedback/testimonials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written & spoken English.
  • Friendly phone/WhatsApp presence; quick typing and clean formatting.
  • Basic Google Sheets; comfort with checklists and templates.
  • High ownership and reliability.
