About the Role

The ideal candidate will be the voice of our company, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. This position requires a strong ability to demonstrate product value and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging online product demos via platforms like Google Meet or Zoom, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and address queries effectively.
  • Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 Years in sales or business development.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to clearly and effectively demonstrate products to potential customers.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Natural relationship-builder, capable of managing interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets and motivated by the challenge of converting leads into successful customers.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi.
