Customer Engagement Strategist

A Customer Engagement Strategist plays a vital role in fostering customer loyalty and retention for various organizations. This individual must have a strong understanding of CRM strategies and experience in managing customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign calendars to maximize customer engagement.
  • Oversee daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Design customer journeys that cater to different lifecycle stages, providing a personalized experience for each customer.
  • Promote collaboration between creative, category, product, and analytics teams to drive campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Analyze data to optimize customer retention initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with CRM vendors, ensuring timely feature rollouts and resolution of operational issues.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools such as Clevertap, MoEngage, and Branch.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
