Employer Branding Specialist Role

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way we attract top talent worldwide. As an Employer Brand Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of building powerful employer brands that drive authentic engagement and position us as an employer of choice.

This role requires collaborating with global recruiters to craft compelling employer brand initiatives that meet hiring goals. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to develop innovative recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets. Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications is required.

A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms is essential. Strong storytelling skills are needed to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft compelling employer brand initiatives that meet hiring goals in collaboration with global recruiters.
  • Develop innovative recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels in partnership with marketing and design teams.
  • Ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences using AI tools.
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms.
