  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, recruiters, and media buyers, to ensure projects stay on track and meet expectations
  • Rapidly adapt to changing priorities, addressing challenges before they escalate and making informed decisions in high-pressure situations

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, or operations
  • A proven track record of delivering results under extreme deadlines, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with a strong focus on building rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision and zero ego
  • Available to work extended hours when necessary, including evenings and weekends
