This role is designed for someone with founder or early-stage venture leadership experience, seeking to work closely with founders across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of critical growth levers, including market expansion and SaaS development, to propel business forward.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the founder, providing financial modeling, M&A assessment, and decision support to inform key business decisions.

  • Represent the founder in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent to build strong relationships and secure business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Founder/Co-founder experience or early builder at a fast-scaling startup with a proven track record of success.
  • Bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, including finance, ops metrics, and growth funnels, to inform data-driven business decisions.
  • Crisp communication, with the ability to draft investor memos, press copy, and strategy decks to effectively articulate business plans and strategies.
