  • Pitching and onboarding franchise partners

This person will be responsible for:

Franchise Network Expansion

• Identifying and approaching new partners

• Presenting our franchise model effectively to secure agreements

Pitching and Sales

• Developing customized pitches to secure deals

• Conducting meetings and discussions to address inquiries and concerns from potential partners

Onboarding and Integration

• Ensuring a smooth transition and handover of the franchise to local management

Market Analysis and Lead Generation

• Conducting market research to identify opportunities

• Building a pipeline of prospective partners

Relationship Management

• Nurturing strong relationships with existing partners

• Representing our brand values and business ethics in all interactions

Reporting and Strategy

Qualifications and Skill Set

We require:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Understanding of franchise models and motivations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management in the retail sector
  • A proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across cities
  • Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements
