Job Opportunity: Evolve Your Career as a Cluster Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead partnerships and alliances with local officials and dealers, source EV fleet customers in the regional market, analyze growth opportunities, and roll out new services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and managing strategic partnerships with Vehicle OEMs and their dealers
  • Direct field work to identify and acquire EV fleet customers
  • Analyzing regional market trends for business growth opportunities
  • Developing and managing monthly sales plans with partners and lead funnels
  • Aligning regional operations with national retail vehicle finance initiatives
  • Ensuring fluency in local languages, managing local teams, and handling bulk clients for the region

Requirements Include:

  • A proactive and independent individual capable of taking on responsibilities
  • Ability to suggest innovative sales techniques and new services
  • Capability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and good understanding of numbers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal support

Mandatory Requirements Include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Retail loan sales and collections for a financial institution
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with markets
  • Vehicle finance experience, especially commercial vehicles

Must Have: Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to convert sales work into data through digital tools

Preferred Skill Set Includes: Hands-on attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
