We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to expand our regional presence by acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This role is focused on driving business growth through proactive sales strategies, dealer management, and client engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand regional coverage.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including multinational corporations, large enterprises, consultants, and project houses.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase our products and services.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and negotiation skills.
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and documents to secure new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely order closures, payment collection, and account management.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or Business Management.
- 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in Electronic Security Systems, ICT, Automation, or related industries.
- Strong dealer/channel management background preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
