Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking a driven generalist to collaborate with our founder on business expansion, partnerships, talent acquisition, and daily operations.

  • Establish strategic relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners.
  • Coordinate B2B meetings and collaborations to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute event strategies with institutions.
  • Engage with inbound leads, explain services, and schedule consultations.
  • Track sales pipeline and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate on conversion strategies to maximize results.
  • Manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding of educators, counselors, and operational staff.
  • Maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships).
  • Conduct market research to inform new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles.
  • Confident communication skills with students and professionals (parents, school admins, counselors).
  • Highly organized and proactive approach.
  • Passion for international education, youth development, or edtech.
