Global Expansion Leader

Metalink International is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global business expansion efforts.

The Global Business Expansion Manager will oversee market research, develop strategic partnerships, manage sales initiatives, and drive international growth. This role includes analyzing potential markets and opportunities for growth, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and establishing global networks.

This key position involves:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • BUILDING, MANAGING, AND NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS, INCLUDING ACCOUNTING FIRMS, CONSULTING FIRMS, IMMIGRATION ADVISORS, TAX CONSULTANTS, TRAVEL AGENCIES, AND CORPORATE OFFICES.
  • IDENTIFYING, ENGAGING, AND ONBOARDING NEW CHANNEL PARTNERS IN DIFFERENT REGIONS TO EXPAND THE COMPANY'S GLOBAL FOOTPRINT.
  • DRIVING SALES GROWTH BY GENERATING QUALIFIED LEADS AND CONVERTING THEM INTO CLIENTS THROUGH STRATEGIC ALLIANCES AND PARTNERSHIPS.
  • REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIRS, BUSINESS CONFERENCES, AND NETWORKING EVENTS TO PROMOTE SERVICES AND BUILD CONNECTIONS.
  • CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES, TARGET MARKETS, AND POTENTIAL INDUSTRIES FOR EXPANSION.
  • Negotiating and closing partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Providing country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Regularly reporting on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
