
Global Business Expansion Specialist

A key position driving business expansion and growth across existing and new partnerships.
- Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring seamless business operations and mutual growth.
- Traffic Delivery: Meet and exceed volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on business expansion opportunities across product categories.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Develop a sales pipeline through business partners, leveraging resources from the product team, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with internal constituents and external stakeholders to create and execute go-to-market approaches, marketing plans, collateral development, media planning, campaigns, promotions, pricing models, and service delivery strategies for both existing and new products.
- Product Enhancement: Implement product enhancements across existing partner bases to drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including business, product, tech, marketing, compliance, etc., to ensure timely customizations and opportunity sizing.
- Seamless Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new opportunities.
- Partner Engagement: Conduct training programs, panel discussions, reward and recognition programs, and other events to foster partner engagement.
- Brand Management: Develop and manage the brand positioning strategies.
- Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enterprise sales or channel management experience
- FX retail experience a plus
- CXO or leadership engagement capabilities
- Financial products and technology knowledge
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools
- Data-driven and service-oriented approach
- Proactive, self-driven, and persistent mindset
- Graduate degree in business administration (MBA/PG)
