
Driving Regional Expansion Leader

This role is pivotal in driving LEAD's mission of delivering exceptional education to every child by spearheading school acquisition and partnership endeavors across the region.
- Key Responsibilities:
Drive the expansion of LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with LEAD's objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools, fostering strong relationships based on a deep understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
Support school growth through targeted parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with LEAD's goals, ensuring seamless transition to the Key Account team.
Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
Ideal Experience Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition with 2 - 4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ready to travel across the designated territory or zone.
