Job Title: Regional Compliance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Compliance Professional. This position will involve managing a team of compliance specialists, conducting audits and evaluations, and implementing control measures to manage risk.

  1. Conduct and support audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
  2. Implement control measures to manage risk and improve overall security posture.
  3. Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of Regional Compliance Specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field and 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both, as well as 3+ years of experience managing people.

  • Support process optimization by identifying gaps and helping improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both.
  • 3+ years of experience managing people.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISO9001 or ISO 27001 certification.
  • Experience supporting an operations team in a datacenter environment.
