
Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Zone Leader. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving results-oriented initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to define and achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
Your expertise will be essential in staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Additionally, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of educational centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines. This includes driving consistency by implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all centers.
Your ability to drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals across the zone will be critical to our success. You will also design and execute zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments.
As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities. Your leadership skills will be essential in leading, training, and managing center heads and their respective teams.
Regular performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching will be an integral part of your responsibilities. You will create a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development.
Financial management is also a key aspect of this role, as you will prepare, monitor, and manage zonal budgets effectively. Analyzing financial reports and ensuring profitability by implementing cost-saving initiatives where required will be a key focus area.
You will track center-wise performance metrics and align resources for optimum utilization. Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction across centers will be crucial to our success.
Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively will be essential. Regularly collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve overall service quality and student outcomes will be a priority.
Preparing and submitting regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management will be a critical aspect of this role.
Acting as a communication bridge between corporate/regional offices and center teams will be a key responsibility. Representing the company at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone will also be an important part of this role.
