Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Northern Region Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in the northern region. The ideal candidate will possess strong background knowledge in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage key stakeholder relationships at accounts, including Heads of Departments, Procurement, Doctors, and Nursing staff.
- Develop and execute mid to long-term strategies for key accounts.
- Contribute to new business pitches and offer turnkey PENTAX portfolio solutions to potential clients.
- Develop and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Foster growth by increasing the installed base of PENTAX equipment and expanding product footprints.
- Serve as the primary interface between the customer and all relevant territories.
- Achieve sales results versus plan on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Execute a solution-based, proactive, and comprehensive territory business plan based on customer segmentation to map PENTAX solutions with identified needs.
- Conduct internal and external account business reviews to measure, evaluate, and present sales performance; provide annual future growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Service, and other Sales teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales with a success-oriented attitude.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- At least 4 years of experience working in a medical device company is preferable.
- Highly self-motivated and independent.
- Strategic and analytical business mindset.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
