Job Description- We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager-Business Development to lead our sales efforts in Bihar, Kolkata, Rajasthan, and Chandigarh.
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in software solution selling, with experience in E-Governance, IT solution sales being highly preferable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 12+ years of experience in software solution selling, with B2B Sales experience being essential.
- Engineer or MBA background is preferred.
- Strong communication and team management skills, analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
