The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers, driving long-term business value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with cross-functional teams to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer health scores, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of software solutions by ensuring successful onboarding, engagement, and usage maturity across customer accounts.
- Promote customer success stories, ROI showcases, and business cases to strengthen advocacy and product value recognition.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and develop key performance metrics, success benchmarks, and business outcomes that align with long-term goals.
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success, with at least 5 years managing large portfolios.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling complex customer relationships and portfolio management within a covered CSM model.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS/software product environments, with proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Excellent negotiation skills and contract analysis expertise.
