We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting campaign planning, and ensuring smooth delivery.
About the RoleThis position offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth. The successful candidate will be hands-on in creating proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and managing project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. Define campaign objectives, targets, and timelines.
- Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
- Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
- Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
- Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
- Skilful in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
The successful candidate will deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs, build a reusable library of proposals and case studies, and publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the team.
