The Indian real estate market is projected to reach $1 trillion by 2030, with over 85% of construction still unorganized in the country. Brick & Bolt is poised to capitalize on this massive opportunity by leveraging our technology and processes.
We have achieved significant milestones in a short span, including expansion to over 12 cities within 15 months. With multiple funding rounds, we have secured a total of $16 million in investment from leading venture capital firms and strategic partners. This Series A2 round saw us raise $10 million from Accel and Celesta Capital in January 2023.
Role Summary:Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated Manager – Partnerships & Alliance who can spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical. This individual will identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships, focusing on creating a robust network of landowners and ecosystem partners (contractors, architects, suppliers, consultants) that support the execution of commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard strategic partners, including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other relevant stakeholders in the commercial construction sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts to ensure mutual value creation.
- Proactively scout for individuals and institutions that own land and are interested in developing commercial properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns, events, and workshops targeting potential partners.
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial project leads through strategic alliances.
- Serve as the liaison between partners and internal project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Operations, Design, etc.) to facilitate seamless project kick-offs post-partnership acquisition.
- Monitor competitor strategies, partner ecosystems, and market trends in commercial real estate and construction.
- Share insights to inform partnership strategies and align them with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
