Position Overview:

This role involves expanding our network of schools and universities, developing collaborations with education service providers, and increasing brand presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly communicative, and focused on increasing revenue streams through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development & Partnerships:
    Build and execute strategic collaborations with international schools, test prep providers, and university admissions teams.
    Develop B2B outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers in the education sector and beyond.
  2. Student Counseling & Application Support:
    Assist students with applications, including essays, personal statements, and supplemental documents.
    Provide guidance on standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, and APs.
  3. School & University Outreach:
    Establish an active school network by initiating partnerships for webinars, consultations, and workshops.
  4. Sales & Market Expansion:
    Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in different regions.
    Develop and execute sales strategies to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.
  5. Client & Partner Relationship Management:
    Ensure a high-quality experience for students, parents, and partners.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in education is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of university admissions, counseling services, and student support programs is essential.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
