Job Purpose

To expand the company's products and services, we are seeking a Banking Alliance Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess potential partners by researching and analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's business.
  • Evaluate the alignment of partner business objectives with those of the company, considering associated risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner banks and financial institutions through regular communication and clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
  • Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
  • Drive growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify joint opportunities that drive revenue growth for the company's business.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in financial services, preferably with Banks, Payment Networks, Payment Aggregators, Fintech companies, or Mobile and Consumer Durable OEM companies.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Established network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Able to engage in technical conversations with banks to understand their requirements.
