Brief Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage existing business partners in the assigned region to achieve budgeted numbers in booking, billing, and collection.
  • Build trust with business partners by providing timely operational support and guidance to foster business growth.
  • Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue generation.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and design countermeasures if necessary to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage franchisees and drive revenue growth.
  • Acquire and activate new franchisees through prospecting, profiling, appointments, meetings, needs analysis, pitching, closing, processing, and documentation.
  • Support franchisee enrollments by accompanying them on meetings, providing training and knowledge support, and assisting with their acquisition process as needed.
  • Maintain franchisee quality and compliance by adhering to operational processes, regulatory requirements, documentation, certifications, and Aptech standards.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in franchise sales.
  • Graduate or MBA degree.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with self-motivation and result-driven attitude.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and passion for sales.
  • Regional language knowledge (mandatory).
