Key Responsibilities
- Plan and strategize for developing business and achieving River's sales goals for the Kolkata location.
- Create robust and sustainable channels for growth through acquisition of new business partners.
- Manage and coordinate with Distribution Sales Executives.
- Develop a land and expand process, including a funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Review the weekly/monthly/annual sales plan, preparing forecasts, sales performance reports, including market intelligence, charts, and KPI reporting for organizational planning, enabling sales improvements, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
- Create area sales reports and present them to the management.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management with 5-10 years of experience in Sales, including leading a team in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
- In-depth understanding of marketing techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
