**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Area Sales Director - Ophthalmology to join our team at HOYA Surgical Optics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion.
About the Role:
The Area Sales Director - Ophthalmology will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth and expand our market share in the ophthalmology sector. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales and business development. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the ophthalmology industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve business objectives
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
