Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a leading player in the rooftop solar energy sector.
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Solar Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales revenue by developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with dealers and distributors. You will also have a deep understanding of the solar industry and its trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Increase sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
- BUILD TRUST among new and existing dealers and distributors by engaging them on a regular basis.
- CONTACT AND MEET WITH retail shop/dealers/distributors to inform them about Loom Solar Product and offerings (daily visit 10 counters).
- NEGOTIATE with dealers to sell our product only if competitor is offering a similar price.
- PREPARE QUOTATIONS and share with dealers for their order requirement.
- KEEP RECORD and update of all visits in company sales application.
- PICKUP CALL and respond to each dealer on immediate basis.
- E NSURE that Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel vis-à-vis the competition.
- E NSURE stock availability of 30 days Inventory with Channels Partners.
- M ONITOR Distributor and dealer Stock movement & Secondary / Tertiary Sales.
- C ONDUCT Distributor / Dealer meets and training program.
- Graduate/MBA Candidate with 1-2 years' experience in Solar / Power Backup Industry.
- Preference will be given to Luminous, Liveguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya, Polycab and Havells employee.
- Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi.
- An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years.
- Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Dealers/Distributors.
